Italian Pinzimonio Olive Oil Mix
Take entertaining to a whole new level. Simply add to high-quality olive oil and dip your vegetables. Add to sour cream and whole mayo for a new taste experience. Little to no spice.
Thyme, Rosemary, Oregano, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Lemon Myrtle, Cayenne Pepper
Blend 1 tsp mix to 1/4 cup olive oil for pinzimonio, the Italian version of crudites. Let sit for up to 30 minutes to rehydrate. Salt to taste, then dip raw seasonal vegetables into the mix. Or mix 1 tbsp of mix with 2/3 cup sour cream & 1/3 cup whole mayonnaise or 1 cup Greek yogurt or cooked and mashed root vegetables.
